Refund Policy
We can only offer a refund if the courier is still at your door when you receive your order. Once the courier leaves, we can no longer process a refund. Please check your order carefully before the courier leaves. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy
You can exchange your item within 3 days of receiving it. To do so, please contact us. The customer will need to pay for the shipping cost both ways (return and exchange).
